Last weekend we celebrated the Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time, featuring the gospel account of Jesus returning to His hometown to speak in the synagogue, only to be rejected by those who knew Him as a carpenter. Fr. Newton's homily focused on the three biblical virtues highlighted by the prophet Ezekiel, St. Paul and Jesus in each of the three readings.
