Fall Festival
Thank you to all who participate in our Saint Andrew Fall Festival! We appreciate all the incredible volunteers who work so diligently to create a wonderful event for our community. We are looking forward to a day filled with friendship, laughter, food, and games, all while raising funds for our parish ministries. We hope to see you September 20, 2026 to enjoy an afternoon full of fun and fellowship!
Join us for our Fall Festival - September 20, 2026, 11:30 AM - 3:45 PM!
Mark your calendar for Sunday, September 20, from 11:30 AM to 3:45 PM for a fun-filled day at the Saint Andrew Fall Festival. This year's event promises something for everyone as we welcome parishioners, families, friends, and the entire Elk River community to enjoy an afternoon of fellowship, entertainment, and celebration.
We are excited to feature THE CLASSIC BIG BAND and THE NOSTALGICS QUARTET as our live entertainment. Guests can enjoy dance lessons from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and music from the Big Band era throughout the day. In addition, we will host five local food trucks: Tommy Z Concessions, KCM Eggrolls, Tacopolis, Sugar Sweet Donuts, and Scattercat Concessions Ice Cream all offering a variety of delicious foods and treats. The Knights of Columbus Beer Garden, and the Farmers Market (coordinated by the CCW) will be back this year. Other festival favorites will also return, including children's and youth games and facepainting in the south parking lot, while our Silent Auction, Quilt and Craft Sales, Bingo, and Pie and Ice Cream will be held indoors.
The Grand Raffle will once again be a highlight of the festival, featuring a top prize of $10,000 cash. In addition, 21 prizes totaling $5,800 will be awarded. Raffle tickets will be available for pick-up starting this weekend or early next week. Each parish household will receive a packet containing five raffle tickets to buy or sell for $25 each. Additional tickets are available in the Parish Office. Please note that Minnesota State gambling laws require all sold and unsold tickets to be returned. If you prefer not to sell or purchase your tickets, please consider a $125 donation to support the festival.
The Quilts and Crafts group has donated another beautiful quilt, “Golden Path” for the Quilt Raffle. The quilt will be on display each weekend in the Gathering Space, along with the quilt raffle tickets, which are $5 each. You will be able to purchase tickets from your favorite Quilt and Crafter or after Masses in upcoming weekends.
Volunteers are needed to help make the Saint Andrew Fall Festival a success. Volunteer sign-ups will be available online. If you have questions, please contact the Parish Office or Melissa at melissaa@saint-andrew.net. We invite everyone to share their time and talents by signing up for an hour time slot in an area they would enjoy helping with.
We are also seeking donations for the festival, including silent auction items, beer and water for the beverage stand, gift cards for children's and youth games, and bingo prizes, cakes for the cake walk, and other festival-related items. Please watch the Gathering Area and parish bulletin for information about donation opportunities and how you can help.
Sold and unsold raffle tickets may be returned through the Sunday collection baskets, the Parish Office mail slot, or by mail. Please NOTE that sold raffle tickets cannot be accepted after 3:00 PM on the day of the festival.
With activities and entertainment for all ages, this free event is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a parish and community. We look forward to celebrating with you on Sunday, September 20!
