ADULT FORMATION
Order of Christian Initiation of Adults
Are you 18 years old and desire to learn about the life changing sacraments Jesus instituted for you: Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation? Even if you have been baptized in one of the Christian faiths, and are seeking to join the Catholic faith, preview a sample lesson hosted by William Guertin and Jim Schroeder. {Session: Opening with shared prayer using the scripture, the value of relationships and coming to Jesus, personal questions of faith and opportunity to sahre your stories, being open to how you too are loved and called in the sacraments.}
We will be holding a summer session of the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) Classes. These classes will prepare you for adult Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. An Introduction meeting will be held Tuesday, May 23 at 6:00 PM in Meeting Room 4. Please come if you are interested in learning more about the OCIA process.
