Saint Andrew Catholic Church Events:

All Saturdays during Lent, February 21 through March 28, we will have a Soup and Sacrifice meal after 5:00 PM Mass. It is a time to gather with fellow parishioners over delicious homemade soups and desserts. Soup and Sacrifice is a free-will donation event. Funds will be given to CAER and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Andrew Elk River Conference.

If you’re planning to attend and you’re willing to help, there are many opportunities for you to be part of it! Many crocks of soup, as well as desserts, will be needed for this annual event. Volunteers are also needed to help with set up and clean up. Visit https://tinyurl.com/SoupNSacrifice to sign up, or call the parish office at 763-441-1483.

Saint Andrew Quilters and Crafters will host their Eighth Annual Quilt Bingo Sunday, February 22  in the gym. Doors open at 11:30 AM. Bag lunches for $6 available at 11:30 AM. Bingo starts at 1:00 PM. Twenty regular games will be played. Bingo card prices: 1 card—$15, 2 cards—$20, 3 cards—$25. Two specialty games will be played at $3 per card. There will also be a quilt raffle at $5 per ticket as well as a craft sale. Quilt Raffle tickets will be available in the Gathering Space after weekend Masses beginning January 17/18.

Millions of Monicas (M.O.M.) recognizes the countless mothers, biological or spiritual, who rather than fret for the souls of their children, want to  join forces and do something to gently lead them back to our beautiful Catholic faith.

There is a deliberate structure to each “Monicas” evening. This is not a support group where help is sought to “fix” our children or their
circumstances. Quite the contrary, there is no sharing of stories or group discussions. No one knows and no one asks why each mother,  grandmother, Godmother, aunt, friend is there. Souls are simply united in prayer, allowing God to shoulder our concerns.

Each “Monicas” evening will follow the same platform.

Please join us on the third Monday of the month (March 16) with registration beginning at 5:45 PM with a prompt start at 6:00 PM. We will meet in the sanctuary of the church.
