GriefShare Program Begins February 6
This program features biblical, Christ-centered teaching that focuses on grief topics associated with the death of a loved one. The DVD seminar features nationally respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, followed by a small group discussion about what was viewed. Past participants have related how helpful the information and follow-up discussions were to them.
Your bereavement experience may be recent or not so recent. You will find encouragement, comfort and help in grieving the death of a spouse, child, parent, sibling, other family member, or friend. No matter what the cause of your loved one’s death, this is an opportunity to be around people who understand what you are feeling. You will learn how to recognize the symptoms of being stuck in grief and that you do not need to live in bondage to certain emotions. You will learn valuable information about renewing your hope for the future.
GriefShare will be held Thursdays, February 6 – May 1 at 10:30 AM in Meeting Rooms 1 & 2.
Cost: $15.00 (Scholarships are available.)
Any questions, call the Parish Office at 763-441-1483.

Three Day Catholic Women's Retreat Sponsored by Ecclesia Domestica - "Journey to the Heart of the Father"
January 31-February 2
Theme: We Not Need Compare Ourselves with Others
We often feel like we don’t measure up to this standard of everyone else. We feel like we’ll never be good enough, like we aren’t loved, and we aren’t worthy of being loved. The truth is though, none of us have it all figured out, none of us have it all together. We all have those times when we feel like we’re barely holding on by our fingertips, and at any moment, we could lose our grip and fall into the pit of despair. We start to listen to the devil’s lies and lose sight of our true identity…we are beloved daughters of God the Father.
The Father’s heart is bursting with love just for you. He loves you unconditionally and completely. God doesn’t compare us to others, He just wants to offer you his Mercy and His Love. Unite your heart with the heart of the Father who will never fail to love us, never fail to pick us up when we fall. Let go of the world’s unrealistic and arbitrary standards, stop listening to the lies of the enemy. You are enough, you are worthy, you are a beloved daughter of God the Father. Come join us and begin that journey, and in the glow of his heart for you, understand what it means to be His beloved daughter.
