Classes are provided for children three years old through kindergarten on Sunday
mornings during the 8:30 and 10:30 AM masses. The curriculum is scripture-based and geared to each of the
different age groups.
To register your child, volunteer as a teacher, aid or in another capacity or to receive more information, please contact the Parish Office. We use Harcourt Religion's "Call to Faith" curriculum for our Kindergartners and for our 3's and 4's, we use the Plaum Gospel Weeklies Seed Program. The kindergartners receive a student workbook and the 3's and 4's receive colorful page every week explaining the lesson taught to them. St. Andrew's is blessed to have some wonderful parents who are committed to sharing their faith and teaching our preschoolers about God's love and our Catholic faith. Our teachers use interactive teaching materials to teach the Christian concepts. They use children's bibles, songs, prayers, books, finger plays, flannel boards, puzzles and games. We follow the liturgical calendar and celebrate Advent and Lent with activities and books. We celebrate Christmas with a small program for our family and friends.
