In the readings for last weekend, we heard the stories of God's call to Samuel and Jesus' call to Andrew. In Fr. Newton's homily, he shared his vocation story, focusing on those who served as mediators in his life, helping him to hear and respond to God's call, as Eli did for Samuel and John the Baptist did for Andrew. He reminded us that we are all called by God, especially through baptism, and that each of us has a vocation. May God help us respond to His call with generous hearts!
