On the weekend of June 22-23, 2019, we celebrated the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, or Corpus Christi. Fr. Newton's homily not only was a beautiful reflection on the real presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist, but also was a heartfelt farewell to his "first America home," as he prepares for his new assignment as associate pastor of the Melrose Area Catholic Community.
