Welcome

We are a growing Roman Catholic parish community of over 2,100 families in Elk River, Minnesota.  More than 7,500 people call St. Andrew’s home and you are invited to join us for Mass and to share in all the experiences available here. Fellowship, support, education, leadership, praise and worship are hallmarks of St. Andrew. 

There are many opportunities to volunteer your time and talents.  We need and value the many interests, experiences and skills of our child- through adult-aged members.  As you view our website, contact information is provided if you have questions or want to join in. 

Established in 1891, we have a rich history including the opening of our elementary school in 1951 to provide a Catholic School education to area students.  Our history highlights illustrate the forward progress and commitment the St. Cloud Diocese has made to our parish.  It continues today.

We are a growing sacramental community, rooted in the true presence of Christ through the sacrifice of the Holy Eucharistic feast.  Guided by the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, we strive to live our faith as revealed through the Holy Scriptures and Apostolic Traditions.

          Our mission is to utilize our time, talents and treasures to educate and serve all generations with respect and generosity.  We cast our net in hopeful anticipation of welcoming all people to the Body of Christ.
